Things to do
Ambialet - 800 meter

The monastery and the 11th-century Romanesque chapel stand proudly on a hilltop, offering a clear view of the unique "Loupe" created by the Tarn River. Across the river, the view from the transmission towers offers an even more breathtaking view! Go see it—it's more than worth it!
Albi - 28 km

A beautiful city to stroll around (or take the little train) and explore.
The new bridge offers the best view of the city and the cathedral. From the old bridge, you can watch catfish hunting, and the Ferroviaire viaduct is a new footbridge, also built by the Dutch.
Visit the world's largest brick cathedral, Sainte-Cécile, or the Toulouse Lautrec Museum. Let us know when you go, and we'll give you some parking and walking information.
Saint Antonin Noble Val - 74 km

There's a large market there on Sundays that's definitely worth a visit. The drive there is also very scenic.
A visit to the market can be easily combined with, for example, Cordes-sur-Ciel or the Caylus waterfall.
Sidobre - 67 km

Discover the unique world of water and granite. You'll be amazed by the sheer size of the stones, seemingly formed by erosion. First, visit the visitor center and walk the path with the menhirs. Then, drive around to discover the most beautiful spots. We have a map of the area here and can highlight the things worth seeing. You can enjoy some wonderful walks. One day is simply not enough...
Cascades van Arifat - 38 km

A beautiful, challenging hike of approximately 2.5 kilometers. The route goes beneath an 80-meter-high waterfall. You descend, cross a small suspension bridge, and then "clamber" back up.
There you can pamper your inner self with delicacies from the O Sources d'Arifat menu.
Castres - 58 km

Castres is the second city of the Tarn department and is located an hour's drive south of us.
A good plan is to go there on a Wednesday morning, because then you can first stroll around the pleasant market in Réalmont on the way.
Roquefort-sur-Soulzon - 70 km

Especially on hot days, a visit to the Roquefort caves is highly recommended. The story is very interesting (you'll receive an English description), and you can even taste it!
Larzac, vélorail - 89 km

Cycling on a train track is a fantastic experience! It's outdoors, so choose a good day.
Sainte-Eulalie-de-Cernon is nearby and you can have a nice lunch and walk around there before or after the hike.
