Camping

The Tarn is the star of the show.

Under the tall trees on the riverbank, you'll find 19 spacious camping spots and one rental unit.

Enclosed by the last kilometers of the Gorges, you will experience an oasis of peace in the valley. Fortunately, the nights cool down nicely here, allowing you to enjoy a healthy night's sleep.

From your campsite, you always have a view of the Tarn, but there's only one place where people and animals can enter and exit the water. On "our" side, the water is immediately deep, making for a graceful dip. You can set off in one of our canoes or perhaps explore this part of the Tarn on your own SUP. Despite the current, the water warms up quickly here and sometimes even feels lukewarm. We've already recorded temperatures of over 27 degrees!

The descent into the water can be a bit slippery, so wearing water shoes is a good idea. Incidentally, you can't stand anywhere in the water itself, as it's too deep.

The terrain and the ever-flowing, deep water make this unsuitable for children under 12 years old.

We always refer young families to campsites nearby.

We have four wonderfully warm showers (one of which also has cold water) and four toilets with toilet paper. There's hand soap at the sink, and dish soap dispensers are located by the sinks. We make sure everything is spotless, and together we keep it clean and tidy.

You can join us for dinner three times a week, and we always have a set schedule: on Wednesdays, we serve our "Chef's Hamburger" or "Pork Tenderloin Satay" with fries and salad; on Fridays, our famous "Fish Trio"; and on Sundays, a "Meat Trio." There's always a baguette with a tasty appetizer and salad(s) on the side.

You do need to register in advance for this (you can do this when you apply), as we have a maximum of 24 diners. We'll make sure you have everything you need and you'll have a pleasant evening.

On other days, you can enjoy snacks with us. Think of a cone of crispy fries, a well-stocked snack board with meats and cheeses, a drinks platter with hot snacks, and we also have bitterballen!

Except on Mondays, our baker delivers crisp, fresh croissants, chocolates, baguettes, and pastries every morning. You can order them the night before. A delicious cup of coffee and something to read from our bookcase completes the experience. Of course, we also sell ice cream, chilled soft drinks, wine, and beer; you'll want for nothing.
